The Body of Christ is infested with gifts that are crucial for the advancement of the Kingdom. It is the discovery of such gifts that this ministry is aimed at Affiliations, Networking and ordinations.
Discovery of Gifts Ministries International (DGMI) is a burden that God laid upon me to bring ministers and pastors together in a team building which will enhance the Body of Christ. It becomes so unique when Pastors or Ministers come together, which is very much needed in the Body of Christ at this end-time, and to acknowledge each other’s gifts. In my view, it encourages teamwork and networking, which aids in the achievement of each person's God-given mission.

STATEMENT OF COVERING
As pastors and ministers outside of ‘DGMI’ continue to join with this ministry in terms of "Networking, Affiliation, Ordination, Licensing, Para-church" or requesting credentials for ministry, it becomes incumbent upon us to clarify our understanding of "covering." When the presbytery of DGMI "covers" a pastor or a ministry, this means we will provide the following services:
1. Provide orientation and exposure to the mission and spirit of DGMI. Instil Biblical principles of ethics and morality in ministry.
2. Become a resource for ministry 'how-to's' in the form of publications, tapes, videos, conferences, and workshops.
3. Provide Biblical counsel on a personal or church-wide level as requested and as time permits.
4. Be personally available and accessible for dialogue and interaction as time permits.
5. Recognise and discern levels of gifts and callings, and provide appropriate credentials as appropriate.
6. Allow the Holy Spirit to be the overseer of your ministry. The DGMI does not assume authority over your ministry except that which is mutually understood to be in ministry and admonition.
7. It is important to note that the purpose of the DGMI covering a ministry or pastor is to provide spiritual leadership, not to assume legal or moral responsibility. Each ministry or pastor who partners with or seeks credentials from the DGMI is personally, financially, morally, and legally responsible for their own decisions and conduct.
